Listed below is our standard layaway policy:
- Items that have been placed on sale are not eligible for the standard layaway policy.
- Original priced items of $300.00 or less require a 50% payment at the time of purchase.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full within thirty days of purchase.
- Items costing more than $300.00 require a payment of 1/3 of the purchase price. An additional 1/3 is due within 30 days. The final 1/3 is due 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Purchased items that are not keep current with the scheduled payment may be placed back with saleable stock. If this happens a restocking charge of twenty percent of the total price may be charged. A storage charge may also be deducted. Any funds received in excess of the restocking charge and storage fees will be returned to the customer.
We are always willing to negotiate on the specific terms of each individual layaway plan for your convenience. Some items like our Tempur-PedicĀ® mattresses can understandably be difficult to pay off all at once.
